Drop-off and Pick-up Made Simple
We know travel schedules do not always line up neatly with a typical business week, so we have built some flexibility into our boarding hours.
- Pets can be dropped off or picked up during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday
- For added convenience, we also offer Sunday pickup from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, so an early return trip does not mean an extra night of boarding
One-on-One Playtime for Dogs
Boarding does not have to mean a quiet day in a kennel. We offer boarding playtime as an add-on for dogs, giving them dedicated, one-on-one off-leash time with one of our assistants. It is a great way to help dogs burn off energy, get some extra attention, and settle in more comfortably during their stay. These individualized play sessions also provide valuable mental stimulation and help many dogs feel more relaxed throughout their boarding experience.
Getting Your Pet Ready to Board
A little preparation goes a long way toward a smooth boarding stay. When you drop off your pet, plan to bring:
- Any medications your pet is currently taking, along with dosing instructions
- Your pet's regular food, if they are on a specific diet
- A favorite blanket or toy, if it will help them feel more at home
